How to Apply / General Instruction

1. Application forms can be downloaded from the website https://www.usms.edu.pk/career.html or obtained from the office of the Registrar and submitted with a Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 5,000/- for all positions as processing fee of applications in favor of the University of Sufism & Modern Sciences, Bhitshah. The application form should reach on or before 20-04-2024.
2. Candidates applying for the post of Professor and Associate Professor should submit five copies, Assistant Professor and non-teaching positions should submit one copy of their bio-data/CV along with attested copies of degrees, certificates, one photograph, and Research Publications for each set properly bonded.
3. Candidates serving in government/Semi-government and autonomous bodies should apply through the proper channel. The maximum age limit is 45 years for all non-teaching positions excluding Sr No. 01. The maximum age limit is 55 years for the Position of Professor and Associate Professor and 45 years for the position of Assistant Professor.
4. Qualification and experience shall be calculated and examined as of the closing date of the submission of applications. Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application form(s) along with separate bank drafts with necessary documents for each post.
5. Incomplete applications i.e. without educational, professional and experience certificates, processing fee etc. or applications received after the specified date shall not be entertained. The envelope should be marked with the post applied for.
6. The university reserves the right of cancellation of advertised post(s) partly or as a whole and university reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of posts at any time. Candidates should possess Domicile of Sindh Province.
