How to Apply

1. Obtaining the Application Form: Interested candidates can download the application form from the institute’s website at https://hitms.edu.pk/careers/ or they can obtain it directly from the office of the Registrar.
2. Payment of Processing Fee:
   • Teaching Faculty positions require a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.
   • Non-faculty members are required to pay Rs. 3,000.
   • Supporting staff need to pay Rs. 1,000.
3. Submission of Application: Completed application forms, along with the required processing fee, supporting documents, and attested copies of degrees, certificates, a photograph, and research publications (where applicable), must be submitted within fifteen days from the date of advertisement publication. Applications should be sent to the Registrar’s office at Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Science, located at the former Youth Hostel, Daman-e-Kohsar, Latifabad, Hyderabad.
4. Special Instructions for Certain Posts:
   • Candidates applying for the positions of Professor and Associate Professor must submit five copies of their bio-data/CV.
   • Candidates for the Assistant Professor and non-teaching positions are required to submit one copy of their bio-data/CV.
5. Government Employees: Applicants currently serving in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channels.
6. Age Limits:
   • The general maximum age limit is 45 years, though this may be relaxed for highly qualified candidates or government/semi-government employees under exceptional circumstances.
   • For the posts of Registrar and Director Finance, which are three-year tenure positions, candidates up to 62 years may be considered.
   • For the post of Professor in the field of Computer Science and emerging disciplines, candidates up to 62 years may also be considered.
7. Multiple Applications: Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications and processing fees for each post.
