Position: Female MIS Officer – OG III
Department: Special Assets Management
Locations: Karachi & Lahore
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to generate automated reports for NPL accounts.
- Provide backup support for recovery units handling collections.
- Analyze and follow up on NPL accounts and monitor recovery progress on a fortnightly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Devise recovery strategies for assigned accounts in coordination with the wing head.
- Liaison with the legal office to ensure proper follow-up on assigned accounts.
- Prepare dashboards and control methodologies.
- Develop monthly MIS related to portfolio progress for management review.
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior management as required.
- Generate pertinent reports as needed.
- Liaison with Regional Offices for recovery of NPLs.
- Ensure compliance with all external (State Bank of Pakistan’s Prudential Regulations) and internal (Credit Policies) regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other assignments as assigned by supervisors.
Eligibility Criteria
Education/Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC with at least 70% marks or minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s Degree or other relevant professional qualifications in Business/Banking/Commerce/Finance/Actuarial Sciences/Law.
Age:
- Maximum 26 years (as of the last date of submission of the application).
Experience:
- Up to 01 years of banking experience is preferred.
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
