Senior Manager, Properties Documentation & Advisory (AVP/VP) — Karachi

  • Lead end-to-end property documentation: title verification, deeds vetting, mortgage creation, and registration with relevant authorities.
  • Provide legal and technical advisory on acquisitions, leasing, disposals, regularization, and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with external counsels, valuators, government departments, and internal units for approvals and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and MIS for all property files; ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Review/resolve disputes, encumbrances, and documentation deficiencies promptly.
  • Prepare briefs, recommendations, due-diligence reports for management.
  • Perform any additional assignments given by the Wing Head.

Manager, Recovery & General Litigation (OG-II/OG-I) — Abbottabad, Hyderabad, Multan, Mardan, Quetta

  • Apply firm knowledge of civil/banking court practice to advance recovery suits.
  • Visit courts daily, track files, and avoid unnecessary adjournments through proactive follow-ups with lawyers.
  • Review and draft pleadings/replies; ensure timeliness and accuracy.
  • Monitor all cases filed by or against the Bank; safeguard NBP’s legal and financial interests.
  • Work toward assigned recovery targets; maintain clear records and reporting.
  • Any other tasks as advised by the supervisor(s).

Coordinator, Recovery & General Litigation (OG-III/OG-I) — Karachi

  • Update systems and facilitate court-compliance with business units daily.
  • Follow up with concerned teams to expedite litigation workflows.
  • Monitor MIS for cases by and against the Bank; produce accurate, timely reports.
  • Perform other assignments as directed by the Head of Recovery & General Litigation.

Litigation Officer (OG-III/OG-II) — Lahore

  • Possess sound knowledge of court procedures and litigation life-cycle.
  • Manage litigation team allocation for better outcomes; track milestones and productivity.
  • Visit courts to escalate recovery suits and resolve matters within timelines.
  • Keep systems updated and support compliance with court directives.
  • Prevent delays by strong follow-ups with internal units and external counsel.
  • Monitor all NBP cases (for/against) and report progress to leadership.
