Health Department Balochistan — HSRMU Project Jobs (PPS-10 & PPS-7) | Quetta (Apply Online)
The Health Sector Reforms & Management Unit (HSRMU), Health Department Government of Balochistan is hiring on a purely contract basis under the Project Pay Scale (PPS). Roles focus on public-health systems, health financing, procurement, digital health information, behavior change communication, human resources for health, and research support. Positions are Quetta-based and recruited per Federal/Provincial project hiring policy.

| 5 | Behavioral Change Communication (BCC) Specialist (PPS-10) | 45 yrs | Master’s in Public Health/Mass Communication/Development Studies/Social or Behavioral Sciences; SBC/BCC/health or digital communication certification an asset | 7+ years in behavior change communication, preferably provincial/district public-health programs. Design & implement multi-channel campaigns, develop SBCC materials, drive digital engagement and community mobilization, and monitor results. |
