• Master’s in Economics/Statistics/Development Studies/Public Policy with experience in M&E systems, survey design, data visualization (Power BI/Tableau), and report writing.

5) Finance Associate (PIU)

You will:

• Manage project accounts, cash forecasting, payments, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting; support audit and disbursement processes.
• Ensure compliance with GoPb and donor financial management rules.
  Background:
• B.Com/M.Com/ACCA/CA Inter/MBA (Finance) with 3–5+ years in government/donor financial management, ERP familiarity, and neat documentation skills.

6) Operations Team (Office Assistant) – PIU

Typical duties:

• Office administration, record management, correspondence, meeting logistics, and support to the PIU team.
