1) GIS Manager (PMU)

What you’ll handle:

- Vendor due diligence and performance tracking.
Ideal profile: - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business/Finance/Economics/Law/Engineering with recognized training/certification in public procurement; 3–5+ years in goods, works, and consulting services procurement.
4) Monitoring & Evaluation Associate (PMU)
Key contributions:
- Design and maintain results frameworks, KPIs, and logframes; run routine monitoring, baseline/endline assessments, and data quality audits.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports and feed learning into course corrections.
Good-to-have: - Master’s in Economics/Statistics/Development Studies/Public Policy with experience in M&E systems, survey design, data visualization (Power BI/Tableau), and report writing.
5) Finance Associate (PIU)
You will:
- Manage project accounts, cash forecasting, payments, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting; support audit and disbursement processes.
- Ensure compliance with GoPb and donor financial management rules.
Background: - B.Com/M.Com/ACCA/CA Inter/MBA (Finance) with 3–5+ years in government/donor financial management, ERP familiarity, and neat documentation skills.
6) Operations Team (Office Assistant) – PIU
Typical duties:
- Office administration, record management, correspondence, meeting logistics, and support to the PIU team.
Preferred: - Graduate with solid MS Office skills, organized work habits, and experience in government project offices.
