HEC Moroccan Scholarships 2022 – 23: Who is eligible for HEC scholarship? Pakistani students have been given scholarships by the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI) so that they can attend Moroccan public institutions of higher, technical, and vocational education for the academic year 2022–2023. The cutoff date for nominations to be sent to HEC is September 20, 2022.

a. Download and fill AMCI application form available at https://www.amci.ma/sites/default/files/2022-05/Formulaire%20de%20candidature%202022-2023.pdf
Please note, AMCI application form in French language is required by Morocco. The applicant may fill his/her particulars in English language on French application form.
An unofficial English translation of the French form is uploaded for applicants’ convenience. (click here).
b. Apply online at HEC the website: https://scholarships.hec.gov.pk/#/auth/login. Please choose “Learning Opportunities Abroad” after registering and filling up your profile. Get the applicant to sign the application’s printed copy after it has been submitted. On September 20, 2022, the HEC online application portal will close (04.00 PM)
