Shaikh Zayed Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore, invites applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for residency training programs. The admission details are as follows:

Level-IV 2nd Qualification:

• FCPS Gastroenterology
• FCPS Rheumatology
• FCPS Pain Medicine

Eligibility Criteria:

• Essential medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent) recognized by PM&DC.
• One-year House Job Certificate from a PM&DC-recognized institute.
• Permanent Registration with PMDC.
• FCPS Part-I.

Required Documents:

1. MBBS degree & detailed marks sheets of all professional exams.
2. PM&DC valid permanent Registration Certificate.
3. Attempt Certificate.
4. Distinction Certificate (if any).
5. FCPS-I result.
6. BLS, ALS, ACLS, PALS, & ATLS Certificate (AHA certified).
7. Soft Skills Workshop certificate (if any).
8. Publications (if any) in approved journals from PM&DC/PubMed Indexed & HEC.
9. Domicile Certificate.
10. Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
11. Three passport-size photographs duly attested.
12. HEC/PM&DC equivalency certificate for foreign qualifications.
13. Candidates with two years of mandatory training in Medicine/Surgery may apply for speciality training.

Application Process:

• Download the application and academic info form from www.skzmdc.edu.pk.
• Submit a processing & application fee of Rs. 2,000 through Online Intra Bank Transaction to Deputy Dean, Account No. 3154820902, NBP, Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore Branch code 1707. Attach a copy of the transaction with your application. Forms are also available at the FPG MI, Lahore accounts section upon payment of Rs. 2,000.
• Bank drafts/pay orders are not accepted.
• Attach all required documents as listed above.

Important Dates:

• Application Deadline: 21-06-2024 till 12:00 PM
• Interviews: Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
