Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Background: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree (MA/M.Sc).
• Experience: Preference will be given to applicants retired from the Pakistan Armed Forces (Lt Col/Col/Brig) or those with equivalent status, including civilians.
• Residency: Applicants with a domicile from Sindh will be given preference.
