Role highlights & ideal profiles

Deputy Project Director

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and performance management for the overall program.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, communications, and PIU teams for milestones, risk registers, stakeholder engagement, and statutory clearances.
  • Ideal profile: Senior infrastructure professional with proven delivery on metro/BRT/rail/urban transit or complex civil works, proficient in contract administration (FIDIC/PPRA), Primavera/MS Project, and stakeholder management.

Director Engineering (PIU Gujranwala & Faisalabad)

  • Oversee design review, utilities relocation, site supervision, contractors’ compliance, QA/QC, and HSE alignment.
  • Manage interface risks among civil, electrical & systems packages; chair technical meetings and provide certification inputs for payments/variations.
  • Ideal profile: Civil/transportation engineer with 10+ years in major infrastructure corridors, knowledge of design codes, and experience running supervision consultants/contractors.

Director / Deputy Director / Assistant Director (Procurement & Contracts)

  • Prepare tender documents, RFPs, BOQs, evaluation criteria, and bid evaluations under PPRA and donor regulations.
  • Administer EPC/DB/DBO contracts, change orders, claims, and dispute avoidance; maintain procurement plans and contract registers.
  • Ideal profile: Contract-savvy civil engineer with certifications in contract management, strong drafting, and fluency with FIDIC.

Assistant Director (Admin)

  • Manage HR & administration, fleet/logistics, facility management, records, and asset control; support audits and compliance.
  • Ideal profile: Organized administrator from public infrastructure/engineering setups with command over Govt. rules, ERP/HRMS, and vendor oversight.

Assistant Director (IT)

  • Provide IT operations support, network administration, backups, endpoint security, and help desk; support Primavera/MS Project and collaboration tools.
  • Ideal profile: Hands-on systems engineer with enterprise LAN/WAN, Windows Server/AD, backups, and user support experience.

Assistant Director (Electrical)

  • Review and supervise traction power distribution, substations, lighting, and MEP coordination; ensure grid interface, protection studies, and testing/commissioning plans.
  • Ideal profile: Electrical engineer from rail/BRT/large infrastructure with experience in MV/LV distribution, SCADA/automation, and construction supervision.

Assistant Director (Health & Safety)

  • Implement HSE plans across worksites; conduct toolbox talks, incident investigations, audits, and statutory reporting; enforce safe systems of work.
  • Ideal profile: OHS specialist with NEBOSH/IOSH and large-site experience; strong on permit-to-work and contractors’ HSE compliance.

Office Assistants

  • Handle file management, dispatch, record-keeping, meeting logistics, and clerical support to PMU/PIUs.
  • Ideal profile: Experienced clerical staff with excellent typing, MS Office, and correspondence skills.
