What each role focuses on
- Chief Internal Auditor (CIA): Lead an independent internal audit function; design risk-based plans, test controls, advise on governance, and report to the BoD/Audit Committee with actionable findings.
- Company Secretary: Manage Board/Committee meetings, minutes, statutory filings, share compliance registers, corporate governance code adherence, and liaison with regulators.
- Senior Manager (Planning) & Deputy Manager Planning: Own transport planning assignments—origin–destination studies, ridership forecasts, route optimization, demand modeling, feasibility reports, and performance dashboards.
- Manager Business Development: Build partnerships, marketing campaigns, fare/ancillary revenue initiatives, and sponsorships; structure proposals that grow non-fare revenue.
- Manager Operations: Ensure service reliability, fleet utilization, fuel and maintenance controls, and contract/SLA monitoring; supervisory leadership over operations teams.
- Manager Administration: End-to-end office management, HR services, procurement coordination, vendor management, budgeting support, and compliance with SOPs.
- Manager Engineering & Infrastructure: Oversee civil works for depots, corridors, shelters/stations, workshops; manage BOQs, drawings, supervision, QA/QC and HSE.
- Deputy Manager Budgeting: Prepare annual/quarterly budgets, cash-flow forecasts, variance analysis, and management reports; support audits.
- Deputy Manager Procurement: Run end-to-end procurement cycles in line with PPRA rules—from TORs and bidding documents to evaluation, award, and contracts management.
- Internal Audit Officer: Execute audit assignments, walkthroughs, test of controls, and risk registers; help improve SOPs and follow-ups.
- Mechanical & Electrical Officers: Maintain fleet assets, workshops and electrical systems; enforce preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and safety standards.
