PPHI Sindh (a not-for-profit company under Section 42, Companies Act 2017) is recruiting contract staff across the province to strengthen primary healthcare delivery. Candidates must hold domicile of Sindh and meet the post-specific criteria. Recruitment and testing will be handled by OTS – Open Testing Service.

Openings span HR, administration, finance/accounts, social mobilization, nursing, and technical cadres (optometry, ophthalmology, X-ray, OT, electricians). Placements are at district offices, RHCs, and tehsil/UC facilities. Women are encouraged to apply, especially for nursing and social organizer roles.

Position & Eligibility Matrix (from the advertisement)

“Experience in a reputable/recognized organization” means public sector, PPHI/PPHI-like health programs, or registered private hospitals/NGOs. “Registered with PNC/SMF” refers to Pakistan Nursing Council / Sindh Medical Faculty.

Step 1 — Online application & fee

• Pick the PPHI Sindh advertisement, select your post & district.
• Fill the form carefully and generate the challan.
• Deposit Rs. 220 per post at any designated bank branch.

Step 2 — Courier your packet

• Print the filled application and paid deposit slip.
• Attach copies of CNIC, domicile, PRC (if asked), educational/transcript set, experience letters, and recent photo.

Step 3 — Test & interview
