**The Pakistan Air Force will accept online applications from 2 to 7 July 2025 for its 135 Combat Support Course, a pathway that commissions male doctors as Flight Lieutenants in the Medical Branch. Open tracks include the Specialist cadre (Medicine, ENT, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, Anaesthesia) for candidates up to 54 years who hold an MBBS plus FCPS, FRCS, MRCP, or Diplomate American Board, and two general-duty routes—GDMO (MBBS) and GDDO (BDS)—for doctors and dentists aged 25–33 with a house job completed in a PM&DC-recognised hospital.

All selectees undergo 24 weeks of training, then step into fully paid PAF service with benefits, global exposure, and the honour of the uniform. Registration, initial academic testing, and baseline medical screening begin at www.joinpaf.gov.pk; shortlisted applicants face physical fitness checks (1-mile run in 8 minutes, 10 push-ups and sit-ups, 2 chin-ups), psychological evaluation, board interviews, and a final medical at CMB Lahore.

📋 Position Details & Eligibility

1. Medical Branch (Specialist) – SPSSC

• Age: 25 to 54 years (as on 15 October 2025)
• Rank: Flight Lieutenant
• Training Duration: 24 weeks
• Qualification: MBBS + specialization (FCPS / FRCS / MRCP / Diplomat American Board or equivalent)
• Required Fields:
  • Medicine Specialist
  • ENT Specialist
  • Eye Specialist
  • Psychiatrist
  • Anesthetist
• Note: Those holding FCPS–1 or MCPS only are not eligible.

2. Medical Branch (GDMOs) – SPSSC

• Age: 25 to 33 years (as on 15 October 2025)
• Rank: Flight Lieutenant
• Training Duration: 24 weeks
• Qualification: MBBS (minimum 2nd Division) + one-year house job from PM&DC-recognized hospital
• Preference: Candidates with relevant field experience after house job

3. Medical Branch (GDDOs) – SPSSC

• Age: 25 to 33 years (as on 15 October 2025)
• Rank: Flight Lieutenant
• Training Duration: 24 weeks
• Qualification: BDS (minimum 2nd Division) + one-year house job from PM&DC-recognized hospital
• Preference: Experience in relevant field post-house job

2. Initial Tests:

❌ Ineligibility Conditions

You’re not eligible if:

• Dismissed from any government service or armed forces
• Declared medically unfit due to Hepatitis B/C or chronic conditions
• Submitted tampered academic or identity documents
• Twice rejected by ISSB or declared unfit by Medical Board (CMB/Appeal)
• Married to foreign nationals (without prior approval)
• Previously rejected by Armed Forces’ Academy/Training institutions
• Withdrawn from any training due to disciplinary or performance issues
