The Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination (STC-MoCC&EC) is hiring for 22 Islamabad-based posts—from high-impact PPS-10 specialists (Green Finance, Carbon Markets, UNFCCC project development, marine science, IT & data security) for candidates up to 52 years old with a master’s/PhD and 8–10 years of sector experience, to mid-tier PPS-08/09 officers in GIS, social media, M&E, admin, and motion design (age cap 35–45, 5+ years’ experience), plus entry-level research and office assistants at PPS-06 (age ≤30). All appointments start on a two-year contract, renewable on performance, and form the talent backbone for Pakistan’s national climate-resilience agenda—covering data systems, biodiversity protection, waste and chemicals management, and public outreach.
