What Success Looks Like in These Roles

  • WASH Policy & Coordination: Translate SDG-6 commitments into implementable national and provincial guidelines, costed plans, and realistic KPIs; lead consultations that bring together Health, Education, LGRD, PHED, WASAs, and civil society; ensure that gender, disability, and poverty dimensions are addressed in service delivery.
  • GIS/MIS & Monitoring: Build integrated dashboards—water quality mapping, inequality indices, sanitation coverage, climate-risk overlays; maintain metadata & SOPs, and ensure data protection and quality assurance.
  • Reporting & Communications: Produce crisp quarterly/annual reports, impact stories, motion explainer videos, and social content tailored for citizens and decision-makers; maintain bilingual (Urdu/English) clarity.
  • Public Policy Analysis: Draft policy notes, conduct regulatory gap analyses, model cost-benefit and distributional impacts, and track Paris Agreement-aligned progress; support inter-ministerial briefings and donor coordination.
  • Admin/Finance: Keep procurement and finance flows compliant with PPRA, GFR, PSDP frameworks; produce audit-ready records; support efficient logistics and HR administration.
