Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC)—through its Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for the Karachi Water & Sewerage Services Improvement Project (KWSSIP-II)—is inviting Expressions of Interest (REOI) for the selection of individual consultants in Karachi. This opportunity covers four senior consulting roles: Deputy Project Director, Manager Procurement/Contracts, Gender Specialist, and Project Management Specialist / Planning Engineer. The PIU intends to use part of the project proceeds to make eligible payments for these consultancy services under a donor-funded environment, including financing linked with International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) / Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) arrangements.

Job Position Detail (Table)

1) Deputy Project Director (01 Position)

This is a senior leadership consulting role aimed at strengthening PIU delivery, coordination, planning, and performance monitoring across a major infrastructure improvement program.

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Management, Environmental Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years managing large-scale infrastructure projects

• Training/experience in FIDIC contract management and utility operations
