What is IBDP?

IBDP is an exceptional initiative resulting from a collaboration between the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Company (KPEZDMC) and the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC). This initiative is generously financed by the World Bank. The vision of KPEZDMC is to conceptualize and bring to life business parks specifically for entrepreneurs in Peshawar, with plans to expand to other feasible locations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Open Positions:

1. Manager Operations & Business (IBDP)
   • Vacancies: 01
   • Qualifications & Experience:
     • Minimum 16 years of Education in business administration, finance, or business development studies.
     • At least 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise development, or financial management.
     • Proven experience in assisting small business owners.
     • 3 years of experience focusing on enterprise/business development.
   • Remuneration: PKR 200,000 (All inclusive)
2. Assistant Manager Operations & Business (IBDP)
   • Vacancies: 01
   • Qualifications & Experience:
     • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably in business administration, social sciences, finance, or business development studies.
     • At least 5 years post-qualification experience in business development and enterprise development.
   • Remuneration: PKR 120,000 (All inclusive)
3. Business Development and Support Officer (IBDP)
   • Vacancies: 01
   • Qualifications & Experience:
     • Degree in MBA, social sciences, economics, political science, or development studies.
     • 3 years of hands-on experience in business development and marketing, with a preference for working with small businesses, especially those owned/managed by women.
   • Remuneration: PKR 100,000 (All inclusive)
