1. Candidates interested in applying must use the Application Form provided on the University’s official website https://www.uad.edu.pk or can collect it from the Registrar’s office at the University of Agriculture, D.I. Khan. It is imperative to submit the Application Form accompanied by detailed Bio-data, attested/verified photocopies of all Diplomas, Degrees, and Certificates, CNIC, Experience Certificates, and two recent passport-sized photographs.
2. An Application Processing Fee, which is non-refundable, must be paid as follows: Rs. 5000/- for BPS-19 and TTS positions, Rs. 3000/- for BPS-17 and 18 positions, Rs. 2000/- for BPS-11, 14, and 16 positions, and Rs. 1000/- for BPS-1, 5, and 7 positions. This fee should be deposited at any branch of the Bank of Khyber Limited, Account No. 3003771977, Branch Code (0129). The original deposit slip must be securely attached to the application form. Please note that applications accompanied by a deposit slip with an amount less than the stipulated fee will not be processed.
3. Applicants wishing to apply for multiple posts must submit a separate application and deposit fee for each position. Those currently employed in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Institutions are required to submit their applications through the proper channels; failure to do so will result in the disqualification of the application.
4. For positions within the Animal & Veterinary Sciences, registration with the PVMC is essential. Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted and invited for the test/interview. Please note that no travel or daily allowances will be provided for attending the test/interview, and candidates will be required to present their original documents at the time of the interview.
