The Bank’s “Internship Leading to Return-ship Program” FY-2024 offers a platform that is favorable for female candidates. Applications from driven and aspirational women who, for whatever reason, took a two-year or longer hiatus from their professional careers are being accepted in order to pursue a fulfilling career in banking and finance. The chosen female applicants will be assigned to various departments within our national operations, according on their experience and qualifications.
