Position-Wise Eligibility and Job Responsibilities
Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange Administrator
Candidates applying for Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange Administrator must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institute or university and at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
The selected professional will manage and administer Microsoft servers, including Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, and domain controllers. The role also includes maintaining server clusters for high availability, handling Exchange Server mailbox distribution lists, email routing, security settings, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policy. Candidates should also be able to install and configure antivirus software, perform patching and updates, maintain disaster recovery plans, implement server security policies, and provide technical support to end users.
Infrastructure Security Administrator
For the post of Infrastructure Security Administrator, applicants must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institute or university and at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
The role requires experience with enterprise antivirus and EDR platforms such as Trend Micro, Microsoft Defender, and CrowdStrike. The selected candidate will handle firewall policies, DNS filtering, VPNs, IDS/IPS, PAM solutions, DLP, NAC, web proxy, and network segmentation. The officer will also apply and enforce Indicators of Compromise, manage security baselines for servers and virtualization platforms, conduct system hardening, implement MFA, role-based access control, and contribute to Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning from a security perspective.
Switch and Payment Applications Support Officer
The Switch and Payment Applications Support Officer position requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institute or university and at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
The selected officer will operate, maintain, and upgrade switch and payment systems, including patch management, version updates, and environment handling such as Live, SIT, and UAT. Responsibilities include supporting digital channels, report generation, card management portals, ATM services, payment integrations, incident response, regulatory compliance, and security protocols such as SBP, PCI DSS, ISO standards, EMV, HSM, CBS, and iLink. The candidate will also coordinate with QA, IT security, and risk teams for testing, compliance, encryption measures, and deployment of new features.
Database Administrator Oracle, MSSQL & MySQL
Applicants for Database Administrator must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institute or university and at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
The role includes database administration and performance analysis for both host and database systems. The selected candidate will manage Oracle RAC / Single Instance, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL, assist in database migration, upgrades, integration projects, performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting. Experience in backup and disaster recovery technologies, including RMAN, Active Data Guard, GoldenGate, patching, upgrading, and security management of Oracle databases will be valuable. Hands-on Linux administration and shell scripting skills are also required.
Head Staff Relation & Welfare Department
The post of Head Staff Relation & Welfare Department requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institute or university and at least 12 years of experience in banks or financial institutions.
The selected candidate will supervise disbursement of loan advances, ensure accurate recovery installment execution, maintain compliance with organizational policies, and handle employee relations. The role requires a strong understanding of Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) matters, welfare funds, government agency coordination, and staff-related administrative matters. The candidate will also manage pre-payment verification, post-audit of disbursed advances, codal formalities, and resolution of advances-related matters.
Finance & Accounts Officer
Candidates applying for Finance & Accounts Officer must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institute or university. However, candidates with CA, ICMA, or partly qualified professional accounting credentials may also be eligible. The experience requirement is minimum 5 years.
The selected officer will coordinate with branches and divisions for periodic financial statement data, assist in preparation of financial statements according to IFRS / IAS and SBP directives, coordinate with auditors and regulatory inspection teams, manage remittances, monitor budgets, support internal control testing, work on monthly turnover for advance tax computation, and coordinate with branches or cost centers for data anomalies. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including Oracle Hyperion, will be considered an added advantage.
Money Market Settlement Officer OG-II
The Money Market Settlement Officer OG-II post is Karachi based and requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institute or university with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
The officer will report to the Head of Settlement and manage settlement and accounting of Islamic Treasury Money Market deals. Responsibilities include handling RTGS and Raast activities under the four-eye principle, managing blotters, reconciling bank accounts, managing vouchers, advices, deals and cheques, handling reporting through DAP, MMCRS, and other statutory reporting portals. The role also includes coordination with Head Office Clearing Branch, NIFT clearing, and preparation of investment, borrowing, lending, and placement position reports.
Eligibility and Ineligibility Criteria
The maximum age limit is 50 years for VP / SVP-I positions and 40 years for AVP-I / AVP / OG-I / OG-II positions as of the closing date.
