Each post calls for 10–15 years of solid banking experience, a relevant bachelor’s or LLB, and proven command of SBP rules, audit standards, and large‐scale team management; the regional role also demands hands-on branch banking success across rural markets. Maximum age is 60 years for the head-office slots and 55 years for the regional post.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or LLB (as required) from HEC recognized institutions
• Relevant experience: 10 to 15+ years, depending on the role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
• Must not have been dismissed, discharged, or terminated from prior employment
• No criminal conviction by any court of law
• Maximum age:
  • 60 years for Chief Risk Officer, Head Legal, Divisional Head
  • 55 years for Regional Business Head
• Preference will be given to candidates with leadership in large banking networks
