Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1️⃣ Professor

✅ Qualifications:

• PhD in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Post-RN BSN
  ✅ Experience:
• 5 to 10 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate levels
• Supervision experience at Master’s level
• Senior-level academic/administrative experience required
  ✅ Research Requirement:
• 08+ publications in HEC-recognized journals (at least 3 as first author, 1 published in the last two years)

2️⃣ Associate Professor

✅ Qualifications:

• PhD in Nursing / MSN / BSN / Post-RN BSN
  ✅ Experience:
• Teaching & clinical experience at undergraduate and graduate levels
• Prior experience in academic administration preferred
  ✅ Research Requirement:
• 05+ publications in HEC-recognized journals (at least 1 as first author in the last two years)

3️⃣ Assistant Professor

✅ Qualifications:

• PhD in Nursing / MSN / BSN / Post-RN BSN
  ✅ Experience:
• Teaching & clinical experience at undergraduate level
  ✅ Research Requirement:
• 03+ publications in HEC-recognized journals (at least 1 as first author in the last two years)
  ✅ Preference:
• PhD/MSN candidates will be prioritized

4️⃣ Senior Lecturer

✅ Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) / BSN / Post-RN BSN
  ✅ Experience:
• With MSN qualification: 2 years teaching & 2 years clinical experience
• With Post-RN BSN/BSN qualification: 4 years teaching & 5 years clinical experience
  ✅ Research Requirement:
• At least 1 publication in an HEC-recognized journal in the last two years

5️⃣ Nursing Instructor / Lecturer

✅ Qualifications:

• BSN / Post-RN BSN
  ✅ Experience:
• Minimum 4 years clinical experience
• At least 1 year teaching experience

6️⃣ Clinical Nursing Instructor / Lecturer

✅ Qualifications:

• BSN / Post-RN BSN
  ✅ Experience:
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience

Important Notes
