What You’ll Do (Role Snapshots)
Registrar
- Oversee academic administration across the institute—admissions, registration, examinations, student records, and graduation processes.
- Ensure policy compliance with HEC/PMDC standards, institutional statutes, and academic calendars.
- Drive quality assurance across departments; coordinate with deans, heads of departments, and committees to maintain rigorous academic processes.
- Supervise the Registrar’s office team; implement streamlined workflows, digital record management, and secure data practices.
- Enable smooth conduct of Board of Studies, Academic Council, and Syndicate/Management meetings, including agenda setting and minute keeping.
Senior Lecturer (Nursing)
- Deliver high-quality lectures, clinical demonstrations, and skills-lab sessions aligned with national and international nursing standards.
- Supervise student research projects; maintain an active publication record and support the school’s scholarly output.
- Mentor junior faculty, contribute to curriculum review, and champion evidence-based practice in clinical rotations.
- Collaborate with clinical partners to ensure consistent evaluation and competency mapping.
HR Manager
- Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, contract renewals, and learning & development.
- Maintain policy manuals consistent with HEC norms and labor regulations; implement fair, transparent, and inclusive practices.
- Foster a positive work culture, conflict resolution, and timely employee services (payroll coordination, benefits, and records).
- Coordinate audits, staff credentials, and compliance reporting to governing bodies.
Nursing Instructor/Lecturer
- Plan and deliver interactive classes, supervise clinical rotations, and evaluate students using structured rubrics.
- Guide students in case presentations, patient safety, infection control, and inter-professional communication.
- Support simulation-based training and skills-lab activities that improve competency and confidence.
Clinical Nursing Instructor/Lecturer
- Lead clinical teaching on hospital floors, precept student groups, and bridge classroom concepts with real-time patient care.
- Maintain clinical logbooks, coordinate with ward managers, and ensure students meet clinical competencies and ethics.
