Sindh Human Capital Investment Project Jobs 2024 -1000 Days Integrated Health and Population Program
The Health Department invites applications from qualified candidates domiciled in Sindh Province for contract positions/by transfer in the Program Management Unit of Sindh Human Capital Investment-1000 Days Integrated Health & Population Program. The required academic qualifications, experience, and other requirements for the positions are as follows:

Program Director (PD) (PPS-11)
- Vacancies: 1
- Age Limit: Up to 60 years
- Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Health Policy & Management, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution or by transfer from PAS and EX-PCS cadre officers (BS-19/20) with relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years in public health and management, competence in health sector project management, knowledge of public sector rules and regulations, financial management of projects, and experience with international/national donors.
Deputy Program Director (PPS-09)
- Vacancies: 1
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Management/Public Administration from an HEC-recognized institute or by transfer from PAS, Ex PCS, and PSS cadre officers.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience, preferably in the health sector, and knowledge of public sector rules and regulations.
Procurement Specialist (PPS-09)
- Vacancies: 1
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or Commerce from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 5 years working in World Bank-funded or comparable projects, with specific exposure to procurement of goods, works, and consultant services.
Financial Management Specialist (PPS-09)
- Vacancies: 1
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, MBA (Finance), or CA/ACCA from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial management, audit, and accounts, preferably in the public/private sector, with knowledge of international financial reporting standards.
Microfinancing & Livelihood Specialist (PPS-09)
- Vacancies: 1
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, International Development, Sustainable Livelihoods, Public Policy, Financial Management, or relevant social sciences.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in microfinancing, rural development, policy analysis, and project management.
Civil Engineer (PPS-09)
- Vacancies: 1
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in civil engineering, with extensive AutoCAD experience and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council.
Financial Management Officer (PPS-08)
- Vacancies: 1
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, MBA (Finance), or CA/ACCA from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial management, with experience in payroll processing and community-driven development preferred.
Accounts Officer (PPS-07)
- Vacancies: 1
- Qualifications: ACMA/ACCA qualified or partially qualified with a degree in accounting, finance, or business administration (at least 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in World Bank-funded or comparable projects.
Data Processing Assistant Accounts (PPS-06)
- Vacancies: 1
- Qualifications: 14 years of education in a relevant field (Statistics, Commerce, Audit, and Accounts) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the relevant field with proficiency in MS Office.
