Middle Management Position – Procurement & Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise effective procurement strategies for goods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear specifications and company expectations.
- Supervise pre-qualifications to enhance the company’s vendor base.
- Ensure compliance with PPRA rules, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
- Manage procurement budgets and foster a culture of long-term savings.
- Review technical evaluations to ensure adherence to PPRA rules and tender terms.
Education:
- 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- MCIPS from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of professional experience, with at least 4-6 years in a similar role at a senior level.
Middle Management Position – Solution Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of enterprise applications using Oracle APEX.
- Develop Oracle APEX architecture ensuring large-scale project success.
- Lead the development of concepts using Oracle APEX to enhance UI/UX and scalability.
- Maintain data security, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide leadership in prototyping, concept design, and coordination with stakeholders.
Education:
- 16 years of education, preferably in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in Oracle APEX development.
Jr. Management/Middle Management – Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring smooth candidate onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies and collaborate with external agencies.
- Analyze recruitment data, including budgets, turn-around time, and monthly turnover.
- Build partnerships with departments for effective recruitment.
Education:
- 16 years of education, preferably a master’s in Business Administration, HRM, or related fields from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
- 5-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in large national or multinational organizations.
Energy Efficiency & Resource Conservation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy and resource consumption audits.
- Identify energy-saving opportunities and suggest sustainable practices.
- Develop proposals for energy conservation strategies.
- Collaborate with external vendors for the integration of energy-efficient solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to engineers and facility managers.
Education:
- 16 years of education, preferably a master’s in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
- 3 years of professional experience, with 1-2 years in a related field.
Requirements:
- Certification in Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or LEED accreditation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and renewable energy technologies.
