Government of Sindh Health Department Jobs: Directorate of Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) (Vaccinators (BPS-6)

The Health Department, Government of Sindh, invites applications from qualified and suitable candidates (male/female) domiciled in Sindh Province for various contract-based positions under the Sindh Health Support Program (SHSP). These positions are funded by the World Bank and offer a chance to contribute to public health initiatives across Sindh.

Positions Available

1. Provincial Cold Chain Engineer

📍 Posts: 1
🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (minimum 2nd Division) from HEC-recognized institute with 3-5 years of relevant field experience, OR Diploma/DAE in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Maintenance with 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills in English, Urdu, and Sindhi.
• Ability to repair and maintain cold chain equipment.

🕒 Age Limit: Up to 30 years (with applicable relaxation as per Government of Sindh policy).

2. Communication Officer

📍 Posts: 1
🎓 Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in communication strategy development.
• Proficiency in MS Office, social media management, and content writing.

🕒 Age Limit: Up to 30 years (with applicable relaxation).

3. Financial Management Officer

📍 Posts: 1
🎓 Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, MBA (Finance), or related field.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the financial sector or community-driven projects.
• Familiarity with international financial reporting standards and excellent command of accounting software.

4. Training Officer

📍 Posts: 1
🎓 Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Project Management, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in program planning and training at the national/provincial level.
• Preference for candidates with experience in World Bank-funded projects or community-based research.

🕒 Age Limit: Up to 30 years (with applicable relaxation).

5. Vaccinators (BPS-6)

📍 Posts: 145 (District-Wise Allocation)
🎓 Qualifications:

• Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
• Preference for candidates with vaccination certification and experience.

🕒 Age Limit: 18-30 years (with applicable relaxation).

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • Only eligible candidates meeting the criteria will be called for the written test.
2. Age Relaxation:
   • Applicable as per Government of Sindh policy.
3. Application Fee:
   • Deposit the non-refundable and non-transferable test fee through a prescribed deposit slip.
4. Shortlisting:
   • Candidates must score at least 50% in the screening test to qualify.
5. Documents Required:
   • Attach copies of educational certificates, CNIC, Domicile, and PRC.
   • Original documents will be verified during the interview.
6. Other Notes:
   • Recruitment will follow the 15% female, 5% disabled, and 5% minority quota.
   • Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.
