🎓 Graduation Category Screening Test by SIBA Testing Services

The Government of Sindh, through the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, is initiating the hiring process to fill various positions from BPS-05 to BPS-15 across departments. This recruitment drive requires candidates to hold graduation-level qualifications and will be processed via a screening test conducted by SIBA Testing Services (STS) under guidelines approved by the Sindh Cabinet.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• 📘 Education: Minimum 14 years of education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university or institute
• 🎯 Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as of the closing date of application

📝 Key Recruitment Guidelines

1. 🏠 Applicants must be domiciled in Sindh to be eligible.
2. 📤 Required Documents to upload:
   • CNIC
   • Latest passport-size photograph
   • PRC-D
   • Last academic degree/certificate (minimum qualification)
3. 🧑‍🦽 Applicants with disabilities must upload a CNIC with a visible wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
4. 💵 Application Fee: Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable)
   • Payment via system-generated challan from ABL branches or MyABL app
   • Payment can also be made through 1Link-enabled bank services
5. 🔍 Cut-off score for qualifying the screening test: 40%
6. 🗓️ Test Validity: Results will remain valid for three years
7. 🗣️ Interviews: Conducted by respective Departmental Selection Committees under Rule 5(1) of Sindh Civil Servants Rules, 1974
8. 🚫 No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in tests
9. ♻️ Candidates who previously appeared in this test may re-apply to improve their scores
10. ⚠️ Falsified or exaggerated information will result in disqualification and possible legal action
