Matriculation Category Screening Test – (BPS-05 to BPS-15)
The Government of Sindh, under the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, has announced career opportunities for multiple positions in BPS-05 to BPS-15 across various departments. This recruitment is based on matriculation qualification as per government recruitment rules. The SIBA Testing Services (STS) will conduct the Matriculation Category Screening Test to ensure a fair selection process. Candidates from Sindh province are eligible to apply online via the STS portal before April 8, 2025.

Selection Process & Screening Test Guidelines:
📌 Test Passing Criteria: Candidates must score at least 40% to qualify.
📌 Test Validity: The test results will remain valid for three (03) years.
📌 Interview Process: Conducted by the concerned Departmental Selection Committees under Sindh Civil Servants Rules, 1974.
📌 Test Venues: Examinations will be held at divisional headquarters across Sindh.

✅ Step 2: Upload the following scanned original documents:
- 📜 Matriculation Certificate (Minimum Qualification Required)
- 🆔 CNIC, Domicile, PRC-D, Recent Photograph
- ♿ Candidates with disabilities must upload CNIC with the wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
✅ Step 3: Download the system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- and pay via: - ABL Bank Branch
- MyABL App
- Internet Banking (IBill Reference Number linked to any 1Bill-enabled bank)

Key Terms & Conditions:
🔹 General Age Relaxation is applicable as per Sindh government rules.
🔹 Quotas for women, disabled persons, minorities, and transgender individuals will be followed according to government policies.
🔹 ❌ No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in tests.
🔹 Candidates who previously applied under the Matriculation Category (as per the October 31, 2021 announcement) do not need to reapply. Their applications will be automatically considered.
🔹 Test Date, Time & Venue will be communicated via SMS alerts and posted on the STS website. Candidates should regularly check the STS portal for updates.
