2) Eligibility & General Requirements

Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelors/Masters) from HEC-recognized universities in relevant disciplines. Several senior roles prefer PhD or professional certifications (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA/ICMA/CIPS/PM certifications).
Experience: Post-qualification experience in government, public sector companies, large donor programs, TVET/skills delivery, employability, or relevant private industry is required as described above.
