The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF) invites applications for School Teacher Interns (STIs) to meet teaching requirements in Workers Welfare Schools (Boys/Girls) – Second Shift across Punjab. These placements are purely temporary internships with a fixed monthly stipend of PKR 50,000, an initial tenure of six (06) months, and possible extension based on performance and institutional need.

Eligible candidates must hold at least a Master’s degree / 4-year BS (Second Division), with subject-relevant specialization preferred. The engagement is full-time for the second-shift teaching schedule and cannot be combined with any other employment or business. Applications are school-specific and must be delivered by hand to the relevant Workers Welfare School on or before the closing date.

What You’ll Do (Role Highlights)

Classroom Teaching

• Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons in your subject using clear, age-appropriate explanations.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and short assessments that reinforce daily learning objectives.
• Maintain classroom discipline that is firm, respectful, and conducive to learning.

Assessment & Feedback

• Conduct formative checks (quizzes, exit tickets) and maintain recorded marks.
• Provide timely feedback to students and identify remedial needs.
• Support the school in monthly tests or unit exams as scheduled.

Academic Support

• Offer remedial sessions for struggling learners and enrichment for fast-track students where assigned.
• Keep parent-teacher notes concise and professional when requested by the administration.

Compliance & Conduct

• Follow attendance, time-on-task, and syllabus coverage targets set by the school.
• Uphold child safeguarding, data privacy, and campus safety rules.
• Abstain from any parallel job or business during the internship (grounds for termination otherwise).
