👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities of Female Staff Nurses

• Deliver high-standard nursing care to patients across various departments.
• Administer medication and monitor patient health as per physician’s instructions.
• Assist in emergency and routine medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and contribute to quality control.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with doctors, surgeons, and paramedical staff during clinical routines.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Female Staff Nurse position, candidates must:

• Possess a BS Nursing degree or equivalent from a recognized institution OR
• Hold a 3-year General Nursing diploma along with 1-year diploma in Midwifery.
• ✅ Preference will be given to candidates with an additional diploma in a specialty/sub-specialty.
• Be a Pakistani national.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment, communication skills, and empathy in patient care.
