2 Internal Audit Executive 1 35 years CA (Inter)/ACCA/ACMA or an equivalent professional qualification OR 16-years education in Accounting/Finance. 4–5 years of relevant experience in internal/external audit, risk & controls review, process testing, and reporting. Exposure to public sector, mining, energy or E&P organizations is preferred. Strong grip on IFRS/ISA, sampling and working papers.
3 Procurement & Contract Executive 1 35 years 16-years education in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Finance/Commerce/Management or equivalent. 5+ years of hands-on experience in procurement & contract management, drafting RFPs/SBDs, bid evaluation reports, vendor management, and contract administration. PPRA rules expertise is essential. Candidates with supply chain certifications (CIPS, CPSM, CPM, CPPP, etc.) will be preferred.
4 Corporate Executive 1 30 years LLB or Bachelors in Business/Commerce/Finance/Accounts (or equivalent). 4–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Secretarial Affairs within public/private companies. Preference for members or trainees of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan (ICSP) and those with a diploma in Corporate Law. Skilled in board support, statutory filings, minutes, and corporate governance compliance.
5 Admin Officer 1 30 years Graduate/BBA in Business/Public Administration (or equivalent). 1–3 years of experience in office administration and site/project logistics. Capable of vendor & contract coordination, recordkeeping, HR support, inventory control, fleet/visitor management, and enforcing SOPs. Strong communication and MS Office required.
6 Front Desk Officer 1 30 years Intermediate (or equivalent). 1–2 years experience as Front Desk/Reception/Customer Service officer in public or private organizations. Excellent etiquette, telephone handling, visitor facilitation, call routing, diary & dispatch, and meeting room coordination. Proficient in MS Office.

What you’ll do (role snapshots)

  • Assistant Project Manager (Ops/Technical): Coordinate field programs, supervise drilling/sampling/logging, maintain GIS data, support contractor oversight, compile progress reports, ensure HSE compliance, and assist with budgets and work plans.
  • Internal Audit Executive: Plan and execute risk-based audits, test controls, review procurement/finance/HR processes, draft management letters, track corrective actions, and support audit committee reporting.
  • Procurement & Contract Executive: Prepare procurement plans, RFPs/SBDs, manage tendering per PPRA, evaluate bids, draft contracts/variations, maintain vendor performance records, and ensure full audit trail.
  • Corporate Executive: Manage SECP filings and statutory registers, prepare board/committee papers and minutes, coordinate AGMs/EGMs, and support compliance with corporate governance codes and shareholder matters.
  • Admin Officer: Run day-to-day admin, petty cash/expenses record, travel & logistics, facility management, security liaison, and documentation.
  • Front Desk Officer: Operate reception, greet visitors, maintain logs, manage calls & email routing, courier handling, and provide general office support with a professional demeanor.
