Punjab Human Capital Investment Project Jobs 2025 – Hiring of Individual Consultants
The Punjab Social Protection Authority, acting under the World-Bank-funded Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP), is recruiting three senior consultants—a Financial Management Specialist, an Environmental & Social Safeguard Specialist, and a Data Analyst—to steer high-impact work that will run through 30 June 2026. All posts are Lahore-based and call for an advanced, HEC-recognised degree in the relevant field (finance, environmental or social sciences, statistics/data science) plus a proven record of donor-project success—eight years for the finance and safeguard tracks, four for data analytics, with hands-on mastery of ERP or IFMIS platforms, safeguard compliance frameworks, or statistical tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, and STATA

Experience: Minimum 8 years’ verifiable experience in managing environmental/social safeguards, gender-related issues, and compliance frameworks in development projects. Skills: Fluency in English (spoken & written), expertise in stakeholder engagement, strong report-writing abilities. Proficiency in MS Office. | Maximum PKR 700,000 per month |
| 3 | Data Analyst | Qualification: Master’s (16 years) in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Sciences, or related discipline from HEC-recognized university. Certifications in data analytics preferred. Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience, particularly in data cleansing, mining, visualization, and reporting. Practical exposure to surveys, monitoring, evaluation, and big data analysis. Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent report-writing, proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, and STATA. Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. | Maximum PKR 325,000 per month |
