Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidates must not exceed 65 years of age at the application deadline.
• Possess a PhD degree from an HEC-recognized or UNESCO-listed institution.
• Have senior-level experience in academic, research, or management leadership.
• Show a distinguished record in research and publications.

• Required documents include certified copies of CVs, educational certificates, degrees, diplomas, experience certificates, a list of HEC-recognized publications, a detailed CV, and three recent passport-sized photographs.

Terms of Appointment:

• The Vice-Chancellor will be appointed for a four-year term.
• Salary corresponds to that of a Professor on the Tenure Track System as approved by the Government.

Submission:

• Applications must be submitted to the Secretary of the Higher Education Department / Secretary of the Search Committee, New Anarkali, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
• Applications must arrive by 24th June 2024, before the close of office hours (17:00 PST).
• Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
• Interviews are mandatory in person unless the candidate is employed abroad so that arrangements can be made for virtual participation.
