District health authority, Lahore, Punjab government’s primary & secondary healthcare department. invitation of applications hiring of services of technologist healthcare outreach technology (entomologist) on contingent paid basis for 89-days in various union councils / zones of Lahore in pursuance of director health services directorate general health services, Punjab’s direction no.13574-616/cd&epc dated 27-07-2023 for district health authority Lahore.

• Relaxation in the upper age limit will be as per rules and regulations framed by the Government.
• Per Diem will be deducted for absenteeism and dismissed for poor performance.
• The interested candidates may apply at the office of Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority, 24 Cooper Road Lahore within due date. No application will be entertained after due date.
• Attested copies of documents including two passport size photographs, domicile, CHIC, academic, certificates etc. may be submitted at the time of submission of application.
• The original documents may be provided at the time of interview before the Recruitment Committee.
• Department nas the right to accept/rejector cancel any application or recruitment process without giving any reason.
