Punjab Skill Development Fund (PSDF) was established by the Government of Punjab (GoPb) in 2010 as Pakistan’s largest skill development fund. PSDF Jobs 2024 is announced for expert and experienced individuals to fill the following vacancies:

Positions Details:

1. Manager Business Development

Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent from an HEC-accredited university.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (International organizations preferred)

2. Manager Grants and Proposals

Education: Master’s degree in Research, Economics, Business Administration, Public Relations, Public Administration, Communications, or equivalent from an HEC-accredited university.
Experience: 5-8 years in a relevant field. (especially in grant proposals and securing funds will be preferred.)

3. Associate Grants and Proposals

Education: Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Research, Economics, Business Administration, Public Relations, Public Administration, Communications, or equivalent from an HEC-accredited university.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field. (especially in grant proposals and securing funding in the public sector & international domain will be preferred.)

4. Associate Business Development

Education: Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent from an HEC-accredited university.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field. (especially in project management, partnerships, and contract management will be preferred.)

5. Associate Visual Communications

Education: Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent from an HEC-accredited university.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field with proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design software will be preferred.
