3Sr. Manager BCC (PPS-9)01Rs. 568,750Master’s in Sociology/Social Sciences/Anthropology/Mass Communication/Public Relations6+ years overall with 4 years on comparable behavior change/IEC/SBCC assignments. Proven record in rural hygiene promotion, communication strategy, stakeholder engagement, and social safeguards.
4Manager Finance & Budget (PPS-9)01Rs. 404,250Master’s in Finance/Commerce/Economics or ACCA/ACMA (qualified)7+ years in public-sector finance, budgeting, financial controls, reporting, and donor compliance; minimum 4 years on similar projects. Hands-on with ERP/spreadsheets, cash flow planning, IFRS/IPSAS awareness.
5Research Manager (PPS-8)01Rs. 288,750Master’s in Economics/Public Policy/Statistics or relevant field5+ years in research and data analysis; survey design, sampling, econometrics/impact evaluation, and at least one publication in a recognized journal. Experience with WASH/municipal data preferred.
