Detailed Role Overviews

2.1 Chief Operating Officer (PPS-11)

  • Purpose: Lead day-to-day program operations for PRSWSSP, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with public-sector norms and donor standards.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across tehsil interventions.
    • Oversee procurement, contract administration, monitoring & evaluation, and risk management.
    • Align engineering works and social mobilization components with sustainability targets.
    • Report to the Managing Director/Board, coordinate with government departments and development partners.
  • Who should apply: Senior public-sector leaders or infrastructure program managers with strong governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional oversight capability.

2.2 GIS Specialist (PPS-9)

  • Purpose: Lead geospatial intelligence for planning, asset management, and monitoring of water & sanitation infrastructure.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and manage GIS databases, spatial layers, and web-GIS dashboards.
    • Support MIS integration, mapping of rural schemes, and service coverage analytics.
    • Ensure data governance, QA/QC, and documentation standards.

2.3 Assistant Manager – Programming (PPS-7)
