  3. Register/Sign in to your PPSC profile and fill in personal details, academic history, experience, and publications (for faculty).
  4. Upload clear scans of CNIC, degrees, experience letters, PMDC/PMC registration (where required), and photo.
  5. Deposit the fee (if prescribed) through: ATMs, Mobile Phone Banking, Internet Banking, over-the-counter at 1Link member banks, JazzCash, Easypaisa, UPaisa, and other available micro-finance banks. Keep the receipt number/date for your record.
  6. Submit the online application and print the application form for reference.
  7. Track test date, roll number slip, and updates on the PPSC website. The Commission may conduct written exams in one or two phases; candidates scoring ≥40% in Paper-I (where specified) are typically called for Paper-II/Skill test.
  8. Bring originals of all documents at the time of interview/skill tests. Experience in private entities is accepted if the entity is registered with SECP/Registrar of Firms or relevant regulatory authority.

Selection Process & Syllabus Highlights

  • Medical Faculty (Associate/Assistant Professors, Professor): Scrutiny of qualifications, experience, and research; followed by interview and document verification.
  • Assistant Director (PPSC Secretariat): MCQ paper (100 marks/90 mins) covering GK, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (for Muslims), English, Urdu, Basic Math, Geography, Everyday Science, and Computer Skills.
  • Assistant Director – Bureau of Statistics: MCQ paper focused on Statistics/Statistical Methods (100%). Strong command of probability, sampling, data presentation, correlation/regression, time series, index numbers, and statistical inference is essential.
  • Computer Operator/System Operator – PRA (Finance): MCQ paper with 50% subject content (operating systems, MS Office, databases, networks, basic programming, troubleshooting) and 50% general ability.
  • Junior Scale Stenographer – BoR (DMD): Shorthand & Typing tests (English; preference for Urdu proficiency). Post-skill tests, candidates may take MS Office/IT proficiency.
  • Punjab Police – Social Media & PR Content Writers: Two-paper scheme:
    • Paper-I (MCQ): Languages (English/Urdu) and domain knowledge (Computer Science or Mass Communication, as applicable).
    • Paper-II (Subjective): Content Writing (Social Media or PR). The Commission may conduct the recruitment in two phases with Paper-II for candidates clearing Paper-I.
