What Each Role Entails (Practical Overview)

1) Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Islamabad

The CFO will leadfinancial strategy,planning,reporting, andcontrols. Expect end-to-end ownership of budgeting, statutory compliance, treasury, tax coordination, actuarial interface, and financial reporting under applicable standards. You’ll partner with the CEO, Board, and auditors to strengthen solvency, improve cost efficiency, and ensure compliance withSECPand relevant statutes. 2) Head of Internal Audit (HoIA) – Islamabad

The HoIA will design and execute arisk-based internal audit planaligned to enterprise risk management and regulatory expectations. You’ll lead audits across underwriting, claims, investments, finance, IT, and branch operations; monitor remediation through CAPA; and brief the Audit Committee. Familiarity withIIA Standards, fraud risk assessment, control testing, and governance frameworks is essential. Preference is given to candidates with strong insurance or financial services exposure.

3) Head of Human Resources – Islamabad

This is a senior leadership post responsible forworkforce planning,policy,talent acquisition,C&B,performance management,learning & development, andchange management.
