Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation is opening its doors to four bright graduates from Balochistan, offering a year-long Management Trainee stint in Mining Engineering and Geology that pays a generous PKR 80,000 per month and places you at the heart of the corporation’s Islamabad headquarters. If you earned your bachelor’s in Mining Engineering or master’s in Geology during 2024, completed your early schooling in the province, and are hungry to swap textbook theory for field surveys, reserve estimates, and safety drills. Over twelve months you’ll rotate through exploration camps, lab analysis suites, and planning meetings—learning how Pakistan’s most influential minerals agency turns raw data into dig-ready decisions—before wrapping up with a résumé full of real-world accomplishments and a network of mentors across the Ministry of Energy. To be considered, here’s what you’ll need:

• Must be domiciled in Baluchistan.
• Should have completed Matric or FSC in Baluchistan.
• Must have graduated in 2024 on open merit.
• For Mining Trainee: Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering (16 years of education).
• For Geology Trainee: Master’s in Geology (16 years of education).
