Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) Management Trainee Programme
The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. It is responsible for the exploration, mining, and marketing of various minerals. As part of its commitment to capacity building for young professionals, PMDC offers a Management Trainee Programme through a one-year contractual engagement.
Program Details:
- Duration: One-year training contract
- Relationship: No employer-employee relationship is established, and there is no obligation on PMDC to offer regular employment upon completion.
Eligibility Criteria:

| Education | Bachelor’s or master’s degree (minimum 16 years) |
| Disciplines | As stated below (from a reputable institution recognized by HEC) |
| Age Limit | Maximum age of 28 years on the date of advertisement |

| Graduation Year | 2023 (with or without post-qualification experience) |
Selection Process:
- Written Test & Interview: Applicants meeting standard eligibility criteria will appear for a written test and interview.
- Merit-Based Selection:
- Education Marks: 30% weightage
- Test Assessment: 40% weightage
- Interview Evaluation: 30% weightage
- Monthly Stipend: PKR 80,000/-
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview/test.
- TA/DA: Not admissible for interview.
