Role Snapshots & What You’ll Do
Manager Technical (Civil)
- Lead engineering design reviews, specifications, and construction supervision for infrastructure works.
- Ensure compliance with PEC/HEC standards, codes, and quality assurance plans.
- Drive contractor oversight, measurement verification, and technical risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, and MEP specialists for on-time deliverables.
Manager Urban Planning
- Prepare and vet urban/municipal master plans, zoning layouts, and city-scale infrastructure proposals.
- Integrate GIS, transport planning, utilities, and environmental considerations into development frameworks.
- Liaise with authorities for approvals and community engagement.
Assistant Manager Planning (incl. Architect)
- Assist in feasibility studies, land-use mapping, and development control documents.
- For Architects: deliver concept designs, BOQs coordination, and compliance with building bylaws.
- Support stakeholder workshops and technical documentation.
Assistant Manager Technical (Civil) & Assistant Manager MEP
- Support site management, QA/QC, drawings review, shop drawings and method statements.
- For MEP: oversee electrical and mechanical systems integration, testing & commissioning, and safety protocols.
Assistant Manager (Audit)
- Conduct internal audits, risk reviews, and compliance testing against company SOPs and public-sector rules.
- Prepare clear, actionable audit reports and track remediation.
Assistant Manager (Legal)
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, MOUs, and legal notices; support dispute management and regulatory compliance.
- Provide legal opinions on procurement, land, employment, and corporate governance.
Assistant Manager (Contract)
