Position: Cabin Crew (Male/Female)
Qualities we’re looking for:

Requirements:
- Qualification:
- Graduation from an institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Capability to work efficiently under stress.
- Age Limit:
- Maximum of 25 years by the application deadline (inclusive of all age relaxations).
- Physical Appearance:
- Presentable, elegant, sharp, and well-groomed.
- Height:
- Flight Steward: At least 5 feet 6 inches.
- Air Hostess: At least 5 feet 2 inches.
- Weight:
- Appropriate to height according to PIA’s BMI standards.
- Marital Status:
- For female candidates: Unmarried.
- Languages:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Urdu.
- Knowledge of additional regional or foreign languages is a plus.
- Health:
- Perfect vision (contact lens wearers can apply).
- Note: Candidates with eyeglasses or skin conditions should abstain from applying. All health considerations will be assessed by the PIA medical board.
- Compensation:
- Competitive salary, benefits, and the chance to fly to various destinations.

- Contract Terms:
- One-year contract, renewable based on performance and the needs of the airline.
Selection Process:
- Candidates will first take a Computer-Based Test (CBT) administered by an independent agency. Test results will be shown immediately post-assessment.
- Those scoring 70% or above in the CBT will move on to grooming evaluations and an interview. Successful interviewees will then undergo a comprehensive medical examination.
- All provincial and regional quotas, as well as relevant regulations, will be strictly adhered to.
