Position: Cabin Crew (Male/Female)

Requirements:

1. Qualification:
   • Graduation from an institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
2. Skills:
   • Excellent communication abilities.
   • Capability to work efficiently under stress.
3. Age Limit:
   • Maximum of 25 years by the application deadline (inclusive of all age relaxations).
4. Physical Appearance:
   • Presentable, elegant, sharp, and well-groomed.
5. Height:
   • Flight Steward: At least 5 feet 6 inches.
   • Air Hostess: At least 5 feet 2 inches.
6. Weight:
   • Appropriate to height according to PIA’s BMI standards.
7. Marital Status:
   • For female candidates: Unmarried.
8. Languages:
   • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Urdu.
   • Knowledge of additional regional or foreign languages is a plus.
9. Health:
   • Perfect vision (contact lens wearers can apply).
   • Note: Candidates with eyeglasses or skin conditions should abstain from applying. All health considerations will be assessed by the PIA medical board.
10. Compensation:

• Competitive salary, benefits, and the chance to fly to various destinations.

12. Contract Terms:

• One-year contract, renewable based on performance and the needs of the airline.

Selection Process:

• Candidates will first take a Computer-Based Test (CBT) administered by an independent agency. Test results will be shown immediately post-assessment.
• Those scoring 70% or above in the CBT will move on to grooming evaluations and an interview. Successful interviewees will then undergo a comprehensive medical examination.
• All provincial and regional quotas, as well as relevant regulations, will be strictly adhered to.
