Eligibility Criteria

1. Manager Electrical / Electronics – Job Code (MCIR-080)
   • Requirements:
     • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics.
     • Minimum 10 years experience, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role in the relevant field.
     • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
     • In-depth knowledge of Electrical systems, Automation design, and Project management.
     • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
2. Deputy Manager HSE – Job Code (DM-019)
   • Requirements:
     • B.E – Mechanical / Metallurgy.
     • 05-07 years of experience in HSE, preferably in the steel industry.
     • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
     • NEBOSH/IOSH or any relevant HSE certification.
     • Excellent Knowledge of OSHAS 18001 ISO 1400119001.
3. Assistant Manager HSE – Job Code (AM-019)
   • Requirements:
     • B.E – Electrical / Civil.
     • 02-05 years of experience in HSE, preferably in the steel industry.
     • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
     • Certification in HSE.
4. Assistant Manager IT MIS – Job Code (AM-MIS-079)
   • Requirements:
     • B.E/BS in Information Technology/Computer Science from an HEC-recognized institute.
     • 02-05 years of experience in Oracle Development in Oracle EBS environment.
     • Advanced skills in SQL/PL SQL / Developer.
     • Knowledge of Oracle EBS EAM01:0Prvi.P2P and O2C is an advantage.
5. Assistant Manager IT NETWORK – Job Code (AM-NTW-079)
   • Requirements:
     • B.E/BS in Information Technology/Computer Science/Telecom from an HEC-recognized institute.
     • 02-05 years of experience in switching, routing, and firewall in WAN/LAN environments.
     • CCNP, CCSP, or CCIE certification is an advantage.
     • Skills in installation, configuration & troubleshooting of system hardware/software, including OS.
     • Ability to implement information system security (Cyber Security) policies.
