1. Consultant / Specialist

• No. of posts: 01 (each)
• Maximum Age Limit: 60 years (Consultant) / 45 years (Specialist)
• Place of Posting: Skardu
• Qualification:
  • Consultant: M.Sc./B.E./BS degree, preferably Ph.D. from HEC recognized university with at least 15 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
  • Specialist: M.Sc./B.E./BS degree, preferably Ph.D. from HEC recognized university with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
• Field/Disciplines: Mines & Minerals, Geology, Geophysics, Exploration Geology.

2. Consultant (HR Planning & Management)

• No. of posts: 01
• Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
• Place of Posting: Islamabad
• Qualification: MS/M.Phil from HEC recognized university with at least 20 years of experience in HR Planning, Administration, and Coordination in a reputable organization. Candidates with professional certifications will be preferred.
• Field/Disciplines: Project Management, Strategic Studies.

3. Consultant (Civil Projects)

• No. of posts: 01
• Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
• Place of Posting: Islamabad
• Qualification: BE/BS degree from HEC recognized university with at least 20 years of experience in executing civil projects for public and private sector organizations. PEC valid registration is required. Candidates with knowledge of architecture and design will be preferred.
• Field/Disciplines: Civil Engineering.

4. Consultant (Finance & Accounts)

• No. of posts: 01
• Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
• Place of Posting: Islamabad
• Qualification: MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university with at least 20 years of experience in Public Finance, Accounts, and Budgeting. Preference will be given to retired civil servants who served in Grade 19 with at least 7 years of service in the Finance Division.
• Field/Disciplines: Finance & Accounts.

5. Consultant (Law)

• No. of posts: 01
• Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
• Place of Posting: Islamabad
• Qualification: LLB or equivalent degree with 25 years of experience in Criminal, Civil, Taxation, Corporate, and Banking law. Experience as Standing Counsel in District and High Courts is required. Preference will be given to candidates with positions at the federal or provincial level.
• Field/Disciplines: Law.

6. Consultant (Administration/Management)

• No. of posts: 01
• Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
• Place of Posting: Islamabad
• Qualification: Master’s or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university with 20 years of experience in administration, management, production, or security protocols. Retired officers from the armed forces with a proven track record will be given preference.
• Field/Disciplines: Administration/Management, Protection & Security Protocols.
