What you’ll do (role highlights)

Faculty (Professor/Associate/Assistant/Senior Registrar)

  • Deliver safe, compassionate clinical care in OPD, wards, ER, OT/ICU while leading bedside teaching and supervising residents/house officers.
  • Contribute to curriculum design, OSCE/assessments, grand rounds, M&M meetings, and clinical audits.
  • Maintain accurate records, informed consent, and infection-prevention practices; promote CME and research ethics.

Registrar/SMO/MO (ICU)

  • Provide round-the-clock ICU coverage, manage ventilated patients, lines and drips, and coordinate with anesthesia/medicine teams.
  • Ensure timely documentation, handovers, and family counselling per policy.

Hospital Administration & HR

  • Keep operations organized—SOPs, rosters, inventory, and statutory compliance (PHC).
  • Lead HR planning, merit-based hiring, induction, personnel files, appraisals, and training calendars.

Quality Assurance & Bio-Medical Engineering

  • Implement quality standards, run internal audits, and shepherd corrective actions that stick.
  • Keep equipment uptime high through preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and user training.
