  • ICMA (Inter) / CA (Inter) / ACCA (Qualified) / MBA (Finance) from a recognized university.

2. Corporate Governance Executive

• Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Law from an HEC recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a corporate/legal environment, with focus on executive office administration, meeting coordination, and documenting minutes/sheets of Board meetings.
