1) e-Learning Team Lead (Deputy General Manager – ML1) — Islamabad ✅
This is a senior role responsible for the end-to-end ownership of NIBAF’s e-learning function—designing, developing, and deploying effective digital learning programs while ensuring consistent quality and learner engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and rollout of e-learning programs aligned with NIBAF’s learning objectives
- Managing a team of program designers and developers (and coordinating with subject experts)
- Overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS) so content is delivered smoothly to target audiences
- Ensuring e-learning modules remain interactive, high quality, and instructionally sound
