National Assembly Secretariat Jobs 2023 – Parliamentary Affairs

The National Assembly NA Secretariat in Islamabad is offering multiple job opportunities. These include positions such as Assistant Director (Reporting-Urdu), Assistant Director (Interpretation), Assistant Director (Reporting-English), Section Officer, Assistant Director (Media), Assistant Director (IR), Assistant Director (Parliamentary Friendship), Assistant Director (Research), Translation Officer, Assistant, and Librarian. These openings were advertised in the Daily Jang Newspaper.

Candidates must hold a LLB, Master in Business Administration, Master in English Language, Master in Library Science, and Master in Mass Communication degree from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

How to Apply

• Original documents shall be produced at the time of the interview, whereas, attested photographs, copies of degree(s), certificate(s), transcript(s), and CNIC must be attached to the application form.
• Only eligible candidates will be called for written test and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• Duly filled/signed application form should reach the Section Officer (Establishment-I), National Assembly Secretariat, Islamabad on or before 12/07/2023 through post.
• No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the tests/interview.
• The candidates who already applied for the posts advertised on 20.12.2022 are required to submit a fresh application, however, relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to those candidates who were within age limit on 03.01.2023 (previous advertisement closing date) and will be overage on the closing date of new advertisement (if they are interested to apply for the same posts).
• Applicants may apply for more than one post by submitting separate application forms.
• Incomplete Application Forms and those received after the due date shall not be entertained.
